Funawa's Imo-yokan (Traditional Japanese dessert)
Funawa is a shop that was introduced last time. It is a sweets shop of long-established, which is founded in Asakusa in 1902.
Specialty of Funawa is Imo-yokan (bar of sweet-potato paste).
According to the description it is written in a box, and peeled sweet potato skin by hand, it is made with sweet potato and sugar and a small amount of salt.

Subtle sweetness and rustic natural flavor is very delicious. This is my favorite sweets. It is delicious even baked in the oven.
