Deep Cove, Lunch at Honey Doughnuts and Goodies.

Deep Cove

Deep Cove is located in North Vancouver.
In the old days, it was the place to take the fish and shellfish for indigenous people.
Deep Cove has been discovered by ocean explorers of Spain and the United Kingdom in the 18th century. The mid-19th century it seems to place with a history of whaling has been carried out.

Since I came to play here eight years ago, is my favorite place. At that time I came here with a host family riding on their yacht. And anchored in the cove, was exploring the cove and shop. It is a place of very good memories.

It is a great place to relax or stroll. It is very recommended.

It is surrounded by a lot of nature, it is very beautiful scenery.
Deep Cove is a small cove bay is extended in a semicircular shape to land.
Also kayak rental and canoe tours in the summer.
I want to participate in when I come with friends.
Near the deep cove
There is a trail across the West Vancouver from North Vancouver called "Baden Powell"
It is also recommended for exploring the "Quarry Rock" of the part.
One-way 3.8 km, it takes 90 minutes round trip.
There is a park on top of the hill, there is some play equipment.
