Kyoto Arashiyama Yoshiya is the restaurant of its founding more than 60 years of Kyoto Saga cuisine there is a head restaurant in Arashiyama, Kyoto.
Kyoto cuisine is the general expensive, but this restaurant is relatively reasonable. And to eat a lot of Kyoto vegetables, it is so delicious. This is my favorite restaurant.
This time I ate Saikyo Gozen ( fish pickled in sweet Kyoto-style miso meal ) of Limited menu.

Sesame tofu and tofu skin and eggplant dengaku was particularly delicious. Sesame tofu was a rich and elegant sweetness.
Salmon is putting on fat and very tasty. Saikyo miso of sweetness brings out more the taste of salmon.
Fried tofu was very delicious and sweet. Pumpkin and sweet potato was also delicious with sweet like dessert.

This eighteen grain rice is so tasty. Contain nutrients such as dietary fiber and minerals and vitamins is very healthy. Millet rice is very popular in Japan recently. It is good for beauty.
I like millet rice than white rice.
There are features such as white miso, red miso, koji miso by region, it is said that about 18 types is Japan.

My mother was making miso soup using the Echigo miso ( red dry rice miso ).
This miso soup of Kyoto-style red miso was elegant and delicious.
I enjoyed the very elegant and wonderful meal.
Next time I want to go to Kyoto head restaurant.
This restaurant is my recommendation, please try to eat you have a chance to come to Tokyo or Kyoto !
