Mount Fuji, fifth stage and foothills travel

Mount Fuji, fifth stage and foothills ( Oshino Hakkai, Fuji Sengen Shrine, Kawaguchi lake ) travel with my friend last summer.

It is Mt. Fuji seen from fifth stage.

Since it is summer, snow wasn't piled up to the summit.

Oshino Hakkai :

In the old days, the Fuji volcanic activity through many times, Oshino Lake is repeated drilling draining between the Fujisusono and Misaka Mountains, after a long period of time, finally lake has dried up.
However, spring water pond that emits water source to subsoil water of Mount Fuji was remaining few.
Spring water pond of the representative is "Oshino Hakkai".

Water pond is located around the village of Oshino. We didn't have time to see all.

There are several old Japanese-style house.

The water wheel is moving properly.

Fuji Sengen Shrine :
Foundation is more than 2000 years ago. 27 B.C.
In order to quell the Holy Spirit "Okami Asama" of Mount Fuji, which has been repeatedly eruption. And it was enshrined in Fuji. (then erected the current ground in 806 years).

Touching this scared tree, and purify the senses and the mind, raise the affection luck, it is said to bring the richness of interpersonal relations.

Hoto

We ate "Hoto" (stewed flour noodles and vegetables in miso soup) of this region's speciality.

It is Mt. Fuji seen from fifth stage. I was able to see clearly.

Stratocumulus was very beautiful.

Kawaguchi lake

It was unfortunate cloudy sky. If there was no cloud I was able to see Mount Fuji from here.
