I had the celebration of my birthday with BFF the other day.
This restaurant is a place where we sometimes use.
We enjoyed a very tasty dinner. And we had a great time.
I would like to thank my BFF. I have passed 20 years become friends with her !

Christmas special course

We ordered a Christmas special course. This is the Italian cuisine with a lot of Japanese ingredients.

Pinot Noir

Tartara di dentice al bottarga
Sea bream tartare dried mullet roe flavor

Saute di fegato grasso rosso con rapa stufato
Sauteed foie gras 
with the consomme boiled turnip

The foie gras was very delicious. Turnio and foie gras was a very wonderful combination.

Triangoli di olive nere con gambero rosso salsa
di crostacei e clam
Triangoli of black olives stuffed with red shrimp
Clams and shellfish source

Seafood flavor and extract had packed plenty.

It was very delicious with refreshing a little sour.

Coda d'astice alla marinara
Omar shrimp Marinara sauce

This marina source and lobster anyway delicious was superb.

Served with savoy cabbage of truffle flavor

This beef fillet was very tender and delicious.
