Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is located in Shinjuku. Observatory is located from the ground to a height 202 meters ( about 662 ft ). You can overlook the Tokyo city.
The observatory is free. It is one of Tokyo's attractions.
My home is closer from here, but it is the second time I came to the observatory.

| Left is the Shinjuku Park Tower. Right is the Tokyo Opera City. (Southwest from the observatory) |

| Mesh-like building in the middle is "Tokyo mode school" (fashion, make-up, design school). (East from the observatory) |

| Yoyogi Park Meiji Jingu Shrine on the right side of the park. (South from the observatory) |
 |
| West from the observatory. If the weather's right, you can see Mount Fuji. |
There is a shop of the Information Center and specialty Tokyo products shop on the first floor Metropolitan Government Building.
