I had a lunch with my best friend at Sasebo Burger shop "ISLET" in Nakano, Tokyo.

Sasebo burger is a specialty handmade hamburger of Sasebo, Nagasaki, is a kind of local gourmet.
Of course there is a lot of Sasebo burger shop in Nagasaki, but in Tokyo there are only a few shops. This shop is a famous long-established Sasebo Burger shop in Tokyo.
It was my first time to eat Sasebo Burger.

Domestic beef 100% patties, tomato, lettuce, onion, bacon, fried egg, cheese, tomato. Fried egg is soft-boiled. Bun is a little sweet, outside baked crisp.It is fluffy inside. It was very delicious juicy
