I introduce a ramen shop called "Rokurinsha".
Rokurinsha is very famous and popular, it has 4 shops in Tokyo. It is a shop where lots of people are lining up all the time. There are various menus, but among them Tsukemen is the most popular. Tsukemen is different from ramen, eat noodles put on soup one by one.
The other day, I went to a shop in Solamachi, Tokyo Sky Tree.

Mackerel and bonito are added to rich soup of pork bone chicken roe and other ingredients.
Rich soup is tangled with thick noodles and it is very tasty. Very original soup smells a citrus faintly. I think that it is closer to soba than ramen.
Since it is in Tokyo Station and Tokyo Sky Tree, please try eating unique Tsukemen if you are interested.
