LUNASOL is one of my favorite Japanese cosmetic brand. It is a very quality excellent Japanese luxury cosmetics brand. In particular, I like the eye shadows. Any color is very beautiful, it will be an elegant and glamorous finish.

My daily skin care products are mostly Kiehl's.
Especially I am using the "Ultra facial cream" and "Powerful strength line reducing concentrate" from a decade ago. These are the perfect products for my dry sensitive skin.
When my skin drying is severe, massage with Ultra Facial Cream and 2-3 drops of beauty oil.
The skin will be very smooth. It is very recommended.

Ultra Facial Cream is limited edition "Sakura green".
In 2011, Fukushima and Tohoku regions in Japan, about 20,000 people were killed or missing by the damage of the earthquake and tsunami.
It is a charity project to plant cherry trees in the area of the earthquake damage.
The purpose is to heal the victims, is because we do not forget the tragedy.
Since the stock has run out, I also purchased "powerful strength line reducing concentrate" and "daily reviving concentrate". I'm using "powerful strength line reducing concentrate" every morning and night, "daily reviving concentrate" every morning.
I am also using "powerful wrinkle and pore reducing cream and eye cream" depending on skin condition.

Sakura-mochi (Japanese confectionery covered with a leaf of cherry blossom)

Sakura-mochi (Japanese sweets consisting of pink rice cake and red bean paste) are wrapped with cherry leaves pickled in salt. Leaves are edible. Cherry blossom leaves have unique delicate smell and in Japan it's used for sakura-mochi, ice cream, cookies, etc., to give flavor.
It has been all year sold because it is a very famous Japanese sweets, but there are many opportunities to eat in the spring cherry blossoms bloom. It's my favorite Japanese sweets.
There are two types of sakura-mochi "Tokyo style" and "*Kansai style (Domyoji)". Each different recipe.
*Kansai region (south-western half of Japan, including Osaka)

Sakura-mochi (Tokyo style)

Ingredients : <baked thin rice cake> flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, cherry blossom powder

and strained bean paste, salted cherry leaf

Domyoji (Kansai style)

Ingredients : <rice cake> domyoji flour (It's made by grinding dried glutinous rice with a mill-stone.), cherry blossom powder, sugar

and strained bean paste, salted cherry leaf

In Tokyo it has been sold two types both. I was born in the Kansai region, I grew up in Tokyo. Kansai style Domyoji is a staple for me and my family, but I also like Tokyo style sakura-mochi.

Not only the sweets shop, are also sold in supermarkets and convenience stores. Please try to eat a traditional Japanese sweets "sakura-mochi" If you come to Japan !
