J.S. Pancake Cafe is my favorite shop. I think this pancake is the most delicious in Japan.
100% Japanese flour and carefully chosen natural ingredients. Pancake is fluffy and light and smooth and delicate sweetness. The milk butter flavor flooding in my mouth.
It is very popular pancake cafe. There are 14 shops in Japan.
The other day, I went to the shop in Nakano Central Park, Tokyo with my best friend.
I ordered "strawberry custard pancake". My friend ordered "sausage egg pancake".

Strawberry Custard Pancake

Custard cream has been sandwiched between the three pancakes. Whipped cream, strawberry, pistachio is at the top of the pancake.
It was very delicious. We were able to eat willing because natural ingredients.

If you want to eat a natural delicious pancake in Japan, I will recommend this shop. Try to eat if you are interested !
